Cycling Marathon Alpe, due on 3th July 2011, will be the fifth successive road cycling event in the area of Kamnik Alps. The start and finish line of the race is in old town Kamnik. The route of the marathon is indeed a picturesque one. Around 130 kilometres in length and altogether 2000 metres in altitude it embraces four Alpine rivers and three mountain crosses which divided people, languages and cultures in the past. Today, the marathon is the link that symbolises the closeness of regions in Slovenia and Austria. More
Slovenian’s toughest competitors are coming to race the Ambrož Triathlon Kamnik for the Slovenian Cup. Also this year a special race »Triathlon for Everybody« will be organized for recreational athletes. More
